| Please allow 2 business days for standard art jobs. More time may be required for custom art jobs depending on the complexity but we will inform you ahead of time if this is the case.This applies to art being created for both embroidery and screen printing. |

| Screen Printing |
| All screen printing orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days from both sales order and art approval. The sales order and art proof both must both be approved before we start printing. |

| All embroidery orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days from both sales order and art approval. The sales order and art proof both must both be approved before we start on your job. |

| Yale Products |
| Please allow 7-10 business days from sales order and art proof approval for standard Yale products. For custom Yale products, please allow 6 weeks from sales order and art proof approval. |

| Champion Products |
| Please allow 15 business days from sales order and art proof approval for orders containing Champion products. |

| Out of Stock Items |
| We will notify you immediately if any items in your order are out of stock at our distributor. We can look into several options at that time, such as substituting colors or products or waiting on the item to be restocked. |
