Terms:

1. The products on this store are custom and made to order. This means that there is no “checking in the back” for another style or size if you accidentally order incorrectly. So long as you receive what was ordered at time of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

This includes:

  • Ordering a Youth Medium when an Adult Medium was wanted.
  • Failing to properly measure before ordering and ordering the incorrect size.
  • Ordering a color different than what was wanted/needed.
  • Ordering the wrong style, design, product.

2. Accidents, errors and mistakes do occasionally happen. If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, or is defective, please reach out to sales@bluechipathletic.com and follow the steps below. A member of our team will reach out to you during business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Central time.

Steps for contacting about incorrect or defective goods:

  1. Do not return items to the return address on your package. Please reach out to sales@bluechipathletic.com with all concerns, and if a return is needed, we will provide you with a return label.
  2. Please have your order number and a copy of your order receipt available and attach it to the email.
  3. If your items are incorrectly sized, please provide images of the tags, and measurements of the garment.
  4. If your items are damaged or defective, please provide images of the damages along a brief description about the damages and the item that was damaged.

3. All correspondence regarding an issue with your order must happen within 30 days of you receiving your items. After the 30-day window has passed, refunds and exchanges can no longer be processed regardless of the quality of the order.
